For events organized by Dragonfire
While there are NO REFUNDS once you have registered to attend one of our online or face-to-face events, you CAN transfer your registration to someone else if you find that you are unable to attend. Contact us at email@example.com to do this. Events includes, but is not limited to, seminars, webinars, workshops, and courses.
The only exception to Dragonfire’s no refund policy for events is if we must cancel or reschedule an event for any reason. In this case, customers will be provided with a FULL REFUND of fees paid.
For services provided by Dragonfire
NO REFUNDS will be provided for services such as, but not limited to:
- Career coaching, including our Executive Career Coaching program
- Resume/CV reviews, updates, writing
- Writing, proofreading, editing
- Psychometric testing

For downloadable goods sold by Dragonfire
NO REFUNDS will be provided for downloadable goods purchased including, but not limited to, electronic publications, games, tools, etc., sold by Dragonfire. If you have any questions regarding the suitability for use of any of our downloadable goods, please contact us at email@example.com before committing to purchase from us.
For physical goods sold by Dragonfire
A FULL REFUND of the purchase price and shipping costs (if any) may be provided in the following instances:
- Goods received are damaged or of poor quality.
- Goods shipped are wrong in terms of size, color, or item due to our error.
- Goods received are not substantially as advertised.
In these cases, please send a photo of the affected items to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with an email stating why you are requesting a refund. We will advise you within 3 (three) working days whether a refund will be provided and if and how the goods in question are to be returned.
In the case of customer error in terms of item size, color, or wrong item ordered, you may CANCEL the order within 24 (twenty-four) hours of purchase for a FULL REFUND. After the 24-hour cancellation period, only EXCHANGES will be permitted. Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel your order or arrange for an exchange of products.
